- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shipped a phone, asked them what I should do, they put it in a package and sent it without having me write my information or anything, just the sticker as to where to send it. I didn't have to pay for anything and they asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no because I didn't pay for it. They don't tell you that the receipt includes the shipping number. It's been 3 weeks, I called them to ask if I could get the information for the package I sent and they told me that it doesn't save to their system and they can't do anything about it. They said "You should've gotten your receipt, we ask if you want one or not" they don't tell you anything. Very unprofessional. Edit: Called their cooperate office and I was told that they can find it, called the store again to find it and was told that they cannot. They told me they were privately owned and when I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said that they can't help with my problem and when I asked to talked to them about a complaint they hung up on me.By Erica Lopez-Cepero, October 27, 2016
